Want to create and execute demand marketing campaigns that generate pipeline for one of the world’s flagship tech companies? This is your opportunity to play an influential role on Oracle’s North America Applications (NAA) Field Marketing team.

As Field Marketing Specialist , you’ll oversee the North America Applications event plan aligned to a dedicated solutions team focused on HCM, SCM, EPM and CX. You’ll work with a global, cross-functional team to build and execute high-impact marketing events for North America Applications with an eye on pipeline, spend ratios, & ROI. Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demand Generation: Plan and implement field marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for our solutions team within the North America Applications Field Sales organization. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Ideation & Execution: Align across the ecosystem – Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Product Strategy, Digital, Development, Customer Marketing – to surface goals and priorities, build and refine plans to support sales goals, execute campaigns and events, and optimize marketing activities based on performance. Align campaign elements to support a marketing funnel that synchronizes inbound and outbound activities for optimal performance.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute impactful, data-driven event marketing that seamlessly integrates with other marketing channels. Drive standardization and optimization across all event delivery elements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with internal event experts to identify and conceptualize strategic event opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Launch & Enablement: Launch and enable North American Sales team around campaign. Develop a communication plan that equips sellers with the tools and knowledge needed to take effective action.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance and leverage insights to drive optimization. Utilize data intelligence, including detailed reporting and analytics require to measure effectiveness of campaign. Tie performance back to pipeline influence.

Preferred Qualifications:

This role requires strong collaboration and project management skills, coupled with a keen willingness to learn. In addition, you should have:

· 3-5 + years’ experience in marketing and demand generation

· Experience managing events, working with stakeholders and customers

· Knowledge of personalized and contextual marketing and of how marketing and technology integrate to improve and optimize the customer experience.

· Ability to rapidly learn, internalize, and leverage new information

· Strong organizational, communications, and problem-solving skills

· A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team

· Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

15% travel

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
