Nagarro is looking for a Staff Consultant, Business Analyst (Salesforce) to join their team. As a remote full-time position, this role requires 6+ years of experience in business analysis, agile fundamentals, and Salesforce expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects, configurations, and integrations, as well as experience in business analysis functions, software engineering practices, and effective communication. The role involves showcasing a consulting mindset, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, and delivering high-quality business solutions.
Requirements
- Total Experience:6+ years
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, requirement elicitation
- Strong experience in agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes
- Experience working with Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting
- Ability to perform change impact analysis and support release/change management activities
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding)
- Experience in Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding along with creating BRDs, FSDs and coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment
- Effective communication with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs

- Mentoring team members to meet client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios
