REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 10+ years
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture.
  • Proven experience implementing large-scale and complex Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong pre-sales and consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Analytics Builder, Interaction Studio, Salesforce Einstein
  • Strong experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, CDP/DMP platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Hands-on development expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience designing technical architecture diagrams, integration flows, and implementation blueprints within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead architecture workshops, technical discussions, and client solutioning sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand customer business requirements and design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with customer success objectives.
  • Conduct architecture workshops and solution discussions with customers, stakeholders, and solution engineering teams.
  • Design scalable and secure Salesforce Marketing Cloud architectures and integration strategies.
  • Develop technical integration approaches including data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams, and technical solution documentation.
  • Build customized presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes to showcase solution value to customers.
  • Lead implementation and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions following industry best practices.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing automation platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on Journey Builder, Automation Studio, personalization, analytics, customer journeys, and campaign optimization.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce clouds, external enterprise systems, CMS platforms, analytics tools, CDP/DMP platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Mentor project teams and support technical enablement through best practices, reusable frameworks, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Train internal teams and external clients on Marketing Cloud usage, governance, and solution best practices.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to define scalable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Participate in product, platform, and certification training to stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem advancements.
  • Ensure successful project execution, deployment, governance, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
