Job Description

In SAP environments:

• Coordinate and define test timeframes; validate and consolidate activity, schedule, and resource plans relevant to testing.
• Oversee and control the end-to-end test process across all streams and sub-projects, ensuring delivery of all test-relevant artifacts.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional test-related issues within the OneERP program.
• Serve as liaison between stream/sub-project leads and the overall program management for test-related matters.
• Report test planning, preparation, and execution status to program management, including key milestones such as quality gates and test readiness reviews.
• Act as a support and de-escalation point for all test-related inquiries across sub-projects and stakeholders.
• Guide testers and project teams in test methodology, process adherence, and tool usage.
• Initiate, support, and monitor critical test process activities, including: Test case design and maintenance, Test data and user provisioning, Test execution coordination, Defect lifecycle management, Facilitation of lessons learned sessions
• Prepare and deliver key test documentation, such as: Test status and completion reports, Test case uploads and tracking, Functional test planning deliverables

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in SAP test management and sound knowledge of test methods
• Practice in test automation tools (e.g. SAP CBTA, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium)​
• Familiar with SAP modules, technologies and business processes​
• Experience in agile projects and with ALM tools (SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps)​
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a structured, independent way of working
