Multiverse is seeking a People Services Coordinator to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential administrative and compliance processes, including benefit administration and background checks, while partnering with wider People & Talent teams to drive continuous improvement and execute scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a People / HR role
- Hands-on experience with a major Tier-1 HRIS (HiBob is strongly preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
