App Developer II (Low - Code)

Microsoft is seeking a Low Code Engineer to drive innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions. The role involves developing automated workflows, enhancing user interactions, and integrating AI agents within production services within the Customer Experience - CXP Engineering team. This position contributes to the next generation of Microsoft applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, and other cloud services, focusing on delivering high-value, complete, and Copilot-enabled application scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 1+ year(s) of experience using low-code/no-code programs (e.g., Dataverse, Power Applications)
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots)
• 1+ year(s) of experience with programming/coding
• Certification with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) or equivalent
• Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma)
