- Build technical expertise in various advertising products and provide consultative guidance to sellers and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
- Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of advertising solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market (GTM) process of launching new products/solutions and supporting existing ones.
- Partner closely with our seller partnerships teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market plans for technical services.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
- Lead technical training for internal and external stakeholders to educate them on best practices and new solutions.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a technology consulting or computer-related occupation.
- Requires three years of experience in the following:
- 1. Advertising platforms and solutions
- 2. Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
- 3. SQL and RESTful APIs
- 4. Third-party platform integrations
- 5. Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or HTTP.
