- Plan, monitor and coordinate data center reconstruction projects for Meta.
- Alignment, streamlining, automation and standardization of retrofit program planning and scheduling.
- Development and execution of the initiatives related to retrofit program/project planning and scheduling process optimization.
- Development of retrofit planning standards and templates, including standardized WBS structures, level of detail and activity duration limits, activity codes, schedule update procedures, performance calculations, baseline approval and update procedures, delay tracking and documentation, performance measurement, etc.
- Ensure automated tracking of retrofit project plans against SLR windows and data center decommissioning plans.
- CFE resource planning within retrofit projects and program schedules.
- Support DCIS in retrofit project and program preliminary planning (pre-AFD and pre-AFE stages), including cross-functional team project planning coordination, development of templates and their updates.
- Review and ensure accuracy of retrofit program schedulers deliverables and communication of key dates to Site/Corporate Leadership, Strategic Planning, Analytics and cross-functional partners.
- Understand and communicate to Site/Corporate Leadership and cross functional partner’s pre-AFE retrofit project and program schedule health and performance.
- Preparation of Monthly Executive Reports & Presentations for Global Leadership
Meetings. - Support preparation efforts for Quarterly Strategic Planning, Long-Range Planning, and Annual Site Planning establishment & reporting.
- Review regional projects’ Work in Place(WIP) and ensure alignment with financial partners for quarterly submission to Finance.
- Strategize and drive programmatic efficiencies and opportunities for the future of Project Controls within ICM, including continued alignment with internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate onboarding and training process for new Site Schedulers.
- 25% Domestic & Foreign travel required.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted.
Experience must include 48 months involving the following: - 1. Construction and Project Management for various construction programs
- 2. Construction planning, scheduling, pull planning, and Earned Value Management
- 3. Primavera P6
- 4. Communicating financial status and schedule details from multiple construction sites to executive Management.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
