The Role
// Join Masabi as our Product Operations Manager to boost efficiency and foster collaboration between Product and Engineering teams, integrating these efforts with our Customer Deployment initiatives. In this critical role, you'll set up our teams for success by ensuring robust planning, delivery, and risk management processes are in place. Additionally, you'll coordinate with customer-facing teams to manage dependencies for successful customer deployments, directly impacting our collective success and streamlining delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities
Roadmap Planning & Lifecycle Management: Spearhead planning across the product portfolio, aligning resources and investments with business goals.
Product Governance & Portfolio Oversight: Lead governance processes and report on delivery status, managing priorities and financial oversight.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Enhance collaboration across teams for seamless end-to-end delivery.
Team Empowerment & Process Optimization: Provide tools and processes for teams to excel, continuously refining delivery processes.
Tools, Standards, and Quality Enhancement: Establish effective delivery tools and standards, including lifecycle management and advocating for high quality across the product portfolio.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure data-driven decision-making and risk management.
About You
Experience leading and governing complex work portfolios, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Financially conversant, with the ability to understand, assess, and report on the implications of delivery changes on revenue and business health.
Strong background in B2B SaaS platforms, with experience in transit, fare collection, or payments sectors as a bonus.
Skilled in change management and communication, ensuring organizational alignment with project goals.
Adept at managing delivery tensions among senior stakeholders and partners, with a strong focus on product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Familiar with the product development tech stack and committed to applying best practices in product operations for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
