The Role
As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Masabi, you'll be a vital part of our Pre-Sales team. Your role involves supporting various client-facing teams such as Business Development, Services, Bids, and Partnerships. You'll provide consultancy to our clients regarding the capabilities of our Justride platform, analyse customer requirements, and design high-level solutions.
This position is offered as a 6-month contract with the potential for conversion to permanent employment after the initial 6-month period.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with client-facing teams to find solutions that align with customer needs and our product capabilities
Analyse opportunities in detail to understand our customers' environments and requirements, communicating any insights effectively back to our Product team
Develop technically feasible solutions and ensure they are well-documented in proposals committing to customer deployments
Ensure continuity from business development to final contract signature by defining clear scopes, robust solutions, and delivery plans
Assist client-facing teams by providing support in customer presentations and events, including product demos
Aid Business Development in identifying and qualifying new opportunities and potential solutions
Work with the Pre-Sales team to improve processes, materials, and organisational knowledge, including creating training materials
Gather and share market intelligence on trends and competitors
A high degree of travel may be required to support customer presentations, workshops and events
About You
Extensive customer-facing experience engaging with large enterprise or government organisations
Familiar with working in RFP, RFI, or bid response environments
Possess a technical background and can provide credible technical answers to customers
Have a knack for setting up processes and organising people to improve efficiency
Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
Top-notch presentation and writing skills in content generation and delivery
Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable but not required
