We are currently looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely.
Your mission with us:
To drive incremental growth of the CRM channel through the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Your tasks:
- Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and industry insights to inform CRM strategy.
- Implement data segmentation strategies to personalize customer interactions and manage data governance.
- Manage CRM system configurations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Design and implement multi-channel strategies to improve the end-to-end customer journey.
- Analyze complex data sets and provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Support the CRM Team Lead in the development of mid-long term strategy.
- Mentor and support our Junior CRM Managers.
You bring to Lingoda:
- 3-5 years experience working in a CRM, growth or lifecycle marketing role.
- Strong experience of CRM lifecycle planning and execution.
- Good knowledge of HTML.
- Strong experience with customer segmentation.
- Strong experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- A love for data, with excellent analytical skills.
- A proven track record of delivering improvement in key metrics.
- Experience with Braze is desirable.
