The role of the Junior CRM Manager (m/f/d) is pivotal in enhancing and optimising our customer relationships.
You'll spearhead the development and implementation of strategic CRM initiatives to elevate the customer experience, drive retention, and foster company growth.

Your mission at EDURINO
Develop CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, app, onsite) to increase customer loyalty.
Set up email and WhatsApp automations along the customer journey.
Define & execute the CRM strategy for DACH B2C together with the Senior CRM Manager.
Define segments and user data enrichment strategies to personalize CRM communication.
Carry out lead generation measures to increase the subscriber base of all CRM channels.
Report & evaluate the CRM performance.
Adopt new trends and communication channels to increase customer retention.
Execute A/B tests to identify growth opportunities.
Grow our Friend Referral program to convert customers into brand ambassadors.
Manage cross-channel campaigns within the Marketing team as well as with relevant stakeholders such as B2B, Product or Operations.

Ideally, you’ve already set up the CRM for a start-up or e-commerce company and have experience with CRM performance evaluation and in writing content for newsletters.
