We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely (hybrid).
Your mission with us:You will drive our student community's rapid growth by strategising, managing, and optimising our biggest channel, PPC/SEM.
Your tasks:
- Implement & optimise our Performance Campaigns to acquire students whilst driving down Customer Acquisition Costs
- You are innovative with attention to detail to ensure excellent implementation and execution of all campaigns
- You will regularly conduct detailed analyses to refine our strategies, drive efficiency and maximise the impact of investments on the business
- You will develop processes in order to streamline activity and you will seek and explore for new opportunities
- You are well-versed with AB testing and believe in continuous testing to improve performance
- You will work closely with our agency on growing Paid Search and the Push channels (Display, PMax, Meta)
- You will work closely with our other Paid Channels to further grow hybrid growth strategies (i.e. whitelisting on Meta, PMax on YT with influencer content)
You bring to Lingoda:
- 7+ years of B2C Performance Marketing experience with focus on the Google Marketing suite (Paid Search, PMax, Display). Experience in Meta and Paid Discovery are a strong plus
- Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) and the ability to analyse data from multiple sources
- Data-driven outlook with the ability to synthesise, analyse and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable steps
- Deep understanding and current hands on knowledge of marketing technologies and media platforms (Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, Outbrain and Taboola)
- Proactive, getting-it-done mindset - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Experience in working with external partners (free lancers, agencies) is desiderable
