Context & Impact:

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to strengthen our UX capability as Lansweeper evolves further into a Cyber Asset Intelligence platform.

Your work will directly impact how thousands of IT administrators, security teams, SOC analysts, and engineering teams interact with complex asset, risk, and security data across hybrid environments.

As we lean more into cybersecurity-related use cases (vulnerability insights, risk & compliance, asset discovery, identity & permissions), we need a senior designer who thrives in complex B2B SaaS environments, understands technical users, and can translate intricate systems into intuitive, high‑impact product experiences.

You will be part of a cross-functional domain team (Product Manager, UX, Engineering, PMM) and report to the Director of UX. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence on product direction and UX maturity.

In the near future, your focus will be:

  • Elevating UX quality across security and asset intelligence workflows

  • Designing for data-heavy, role-based, multi-tenant environments

  • Contributing to scalable UX foundations in a fast-growing product portfolio

Challenge:

The main challenges you'll face are:

  • Designing end‑to‑end UX for complex cybersecurity and IT workflows

  • Translating technical systems, risk models, and asset intelligence data into clear, usable experiences

  • Balancing qualitative research, quantitative product data, and AI-augmented insights

  • Designing for role-based access, permissions, and multi-tenant platforms

  • Raising UX maturity while integrating AI-powered product experiences responsibly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end‑to‑end UX design process: discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, delivery

  • Design for cybersecurity and security-adjacent use cases (vulnerability management, risk & compliance, asset visibility, permissions)

  • Translate complex data models and analytical dashboards into intuitive user journeys

  • Conduct and synthesise user research (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping) using tools like Dovetail

  • Leverage Pendo usage data and analytics to inform data-driven design decisions

  • Design flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and collaborate in Miro

  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across squads

  • Use AI tools to augment UX workflows (research clustering, ideation, prototyping, UX writing) while critically evaluating outputs

  • Design AI-powered experiences with focus on trust, transparency, and explainability

Key Requirements:

Hard skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer in B2B SaaS

  • Experience designing cybersecurity or security-adjacent products (vulnerability management, compliance, risk posture, asset discovery, identity & access)

  • Proven experience with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces

  • Experience designing multi-tenant platforms and role-based access / permissions

  • Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory) and design systems

  • Strong foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing

  • Experience using Pendo, Dovetail, or similar research & analytics tools

  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective engineering collaboration

  • Experience integrating AI tools into UX workflows

Soft skills:

  • Strong communicator comfortable challenging stakeholders and defending design decisions

  • Autonomous and proactive — able to drive initiatives independently

  • Highly collaborative in cross-functional squads (PM, Engineering, PMM)

  • Structured thinker who can clearly articulate UX methodology and decision-making

Our Offer:

  • Competitive salary package aligned with industry benchmarks

  • Full-time, permanent contract

  • Career growth & learning opportunities in a scaling international tech company

  • Flexibility in working hours and remote-first work environment

  • Company events and team offsites
