We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in workflow automation and AI/LLM integrations to lead technical projects focused on automation and AI implementation, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
Proven experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
Experience managing remote technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-focused environments
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines
