Huzzle is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a high-performing outbound team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment, and a proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B SaaS buyers and decision-makers
- Identify and qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas
- Generate and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Personalize outreach messaging to resonate with B2B tech audiences and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
- Stay informed on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and evolving buyer needs
