We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDR who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be relentless, coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback. They should have experience in cold calling, drafting personalized emails and doing account research. This is a hunter role where you will be focused on 100 percent outbound and need to be resourceful and great at account research and prioritization of your day while building your pipeline.

The BDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing relationships to support the sales pipeline. Someone who can give clear examples of researching companies/personas and penetrating a new industry they may not be familiar with, also outlining current KPI’s to reach their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Engage potential clients with compelling communication.
  • Schedule and follow up on meetings to maintain engagement.
  • Monitor and report on your progress towards sales goals.
  • Collaborate with our seasoned sales team to develop and implement strategic approaches to achieve targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage leads and streamline your sales activities.
  • Stay up to date on the latest market trends and industry shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide insightful feedback and regular updates to management on your outbound strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Must have cold outreach experience (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
  • Must have proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • The capacity to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in the sales field.
