Human & Work is a European consultancy group dedicated to leadership and mental health in the workplace. Established in France in 2016, the group has expanded its presence to Spain, Italy, Germany, and Belgium. Human & Work aims to set a benchmark for quality of life at work, diversity, and inclusion. The group assists HR managers in caring for their teams and organizations through a multi-disciplinary team offering expertise in mental health at work, diversity and inclusion, career management, and leadership development. Their stated mission is: "Building together an inclusive, responsible and serene workplace."

In July 2023, Human & Work and its French subsidiaries (Stimulus, Nexmove, Equilibres, and Talentis) achieved the status of mission-driven companies, anchoring their mission into their identity. The company's impact strategy is built on five pillars, linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the targets of Global Compact France, of which they have been a member since 2018. These pillars include acting for inclusive growth by building an open work environment with equal opportunities, and being a committed corporate citizen by fostering freedom, responsibility, and ethics. Human & Work supports over 1,000 companies and their 8 million employees worldwide with a team of 255 employees. The group recently underwent a strategic reorganization, including a new Executive Committee composition, to accelerate its international development and enhance its digital experience for HR managers.
