The mind behind this venture, Ray Gibson, remembers the relentless pressure of the startup grind all too well – the morning pitches to investors, the lunchtime bug fixes, and the pre-dinner candidate interviews. It was this very journey, with all its highs and lows, that sparked the creation of a service built by founders, for founders. The core mission was clear: to help fellow entrepreneurs succeed by providing the support they desperately need but often struggle to find – people who understand the startup DNA, who have skin in thegame, and who are ready to grow alongside the venture.

What began as a service to help startups with investor readiness and recruitment has since blossomed into a comprehensive growth partner. Funded.club has evolved its culture into a modern, 'Teal' organization, inspired by Frederic Laloux's 'Reinventing Organizations'. This self-organizing structure empowers every team member, allowing good ideas to surface from any corner of the company. Decisions are made through an efficient and respectful 'advice process', fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
