Partner Manager, Partner Development Representative (LATAM)

At Hubstaff we love doing things the "Right way" by talking to customers, writing specs, having copious amounts of unit testing, conducting peer code reviews, trying to break things during QA, and sleeping well at night. But we're always looking for ways to improve. People rarely work more than 40 hrs/wk and we spend 0% of our time-fighting fires.

There's no babysitting. You're in charge of yourself. That means you work where and when you want.

Culture is really important to us. But building culture in a remote team can be difficult. We do a lot of things to try to remedy that. Chief among them are our annual retreats. Last year our retreat was in Lisbon, Portugal. We had a hackathon, broke out of escape rooms, and ate lots of good food.

There's always something challenging to work and great people to spend your days building things at Hubstaff.
