Key Responsibility:

• Provide application systems support and maintenance, including job processes, system integration, UAT testing, system administration, configurations, and program coding for self-developed applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and incidents with application systems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruptions.
• Maintain technical documents and operation manuals for support services and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with project teams and external vendors to support project implementation and application enhancements.
• Assist in standardizing application support workflows and problem resolution processes based on ITSM defined processes.
• Perform application systems upgrades and regular maintenance during non-office hours and/or weekends if required.

Requirement

• Degree holder (fresh graduate welcome) OR non-degree holder with one year working experience in related field
• Hands-on experience in .NET (C#, VB, ASP and Struts), JAVA and MS SQL/MySQL
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based application development and maintenance/ Power Automate/ Power App/ Power BI/ Salesforce is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, mission-oriented, and ability to work independently
