Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support HP’s ad tech sales team. This role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and engaging new business opportunities across digital advertising channels—including display, video (CTV/OLV), and programmatic. A key aspect of the role includes leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage lead data, optimize workflows, and enhance sales visibility. The SDR will play a pivotal role in generating pipeline activity, delivering actionable lead intelligence, and empowering the ad tech team to close business more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients (brands, agencies, and partners) that align with HP’s advertising solutions.
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through multi channel outreach (email, phone, social, and events).
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics as the primary CRM platform, ensuring all sales activities, notes, and contact data are accurately recorded and actionable.
- Configure Dynamics dashboards, reports, and workflows to optimize visibility into outreach activity, pipeline progression, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with IT or CRM administrators to enhance Dynamics functionality through automation, custom views, or lead scoring adjustments.
- Set qualified introductory meetings with ad tech sales representatives by articulating HP’s value propositions to potential advertisers or agencies.
- Build and maintain account lists and segmentation models based on criteria such as vertical, agency holding group, spend level, or DSP usage.
- Develop and refine CRM data hygiene processes to ensure database integrity and effective follow up strategies.
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics using Microsoft Dynamics analytics and aligned dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead generation efforts with evolving business priorities.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising sales development.
- Research and identify potential clients (brands, agencies, and partners) that align with HP’s advertising solutions.

- Creative problem solving, with a proactive, metrics driven approach to performance.
