This role requires excellent skills, flexibility, attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing Communications and will work closely with all areas of the marketing team. Granicus is looking for a collaborative and innovative digital marketer to create interactive media experiences that engage and immerse audiences in new and unexpected ways.
What your impact will look like here:
- Plan and implement interactive marketing content for websites, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand across all channels
- Create engaging and compelling videos that promote Granicus' products, services, and benefits
- Develop interactive demo experiences that provide a hands-on understanding of Granicus capabilities
- Create interactive quizzes that educate and engage the target audience to test knowledge, promote brand awareness
- Identify trends and optimize content performance based on insights
- Utilize analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with marketing plans and goals
- Support the website manager and digital marketing manager on other digital tasks
You will love this job if you have:
- Strong understanding of online user experiences
- Knowledge of WordPress or similar Content Management Systems
- Experience working in interactive content tools such as Ceros, survey software, demo software, etc.
- Experience editing videos
- Experience with the Adobe suite
- Ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important
- Self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed
- Passionate and/or experienced in working with public sector entities
