What we do
The Grafana Ops group builds tools that help teams maintain high system reliability and respond quickly to incidents.
The SLO squad builds features for the Service Level Objective and Service Center products to help our customers implement a mature observability strategy and achieve high system reliability. You’ll be working with a team of creative engineers, product managers, and product designers to deliver customer focused features. We ship code frequently and work with a short feedback cycle. You will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on Grafana’s products and our customers’ experience.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer that is motivated to provide seamless experiences for our customers to join our team! Our stack is Typescript + React interacting with backend APIs written in Golang.

- You will participate in the squad’s on-call rotation to support our products in production environments.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Frontend engineering experience: experience implementing production applications with technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, CSS, and React.
- Excellent communication: express ideas clearly and effectively in written and spoken English. Previous experience working with remote teams and cross timezone communication.
- Self-motivated: you take initiative and complete tasks independently.
- Kind and conscientious: you communicate thoughtfully, offer genuine compliments, and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Customer centric: helping customers solve their observability challenges excites you.

- Proficiency with automated testing: ability to use automated testing frameworks to validate application functionality. Integrating automated testing with CI/CD systems.
In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $123,933 - $148,719. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed here.
