Join our Administration Team as an Administrative Assistant in a top-notch office in Gdansk. This dual role is crucial for providing high-level administrative support to executives and ensuring smooth daily office operations. This position requires someone who has excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, good judgment, and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- managing and organizing the executive team's calendars (coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and events)
- supporting executives in organizational and administrative tasks
- preparing primary documents and reports when needed
- managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, ensuring proper documentation flow with the highest confidentiality
- liaising with external partners, suppliers of goods and services, and institutions (telecommunications, post offices, couriers, public offices, suppliers)
- managing the office space and liaising with the facilities manager
- monitoring office supplies and researching advantageous deals or suppliers
- providing general administrative support for the GetResponse office and its employees daily
- handling travel arrangements for all employees and the Board
You may be a perfect fit if you have:
- at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- the initiative to self-troubleshoot problems with a sense of responsibility and urgency
- a positive and proactive approach to work
- effectiveness in information research using Internet sources
- comfort working confidentially and under little or no supervision
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- sound and proven knowledge of MS Office
- very good command of English (B2 level)
- native or close-to-native command of Polish
- experience in working on MacBook would be an asset
- active driving licence (cat. B)
Salary range:
Contract of employment: 5000 – 6500 PLN gross/month
