AI Deployment Manager - US

We are looking for an experienced AI Deployment Manager to join our growing AI team based in the United States. The role requires a startup mindset, hands-on project leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer success roles, ideally within a startup or tech environment
• Proven track record managing software deployments into enterprise environments, preferably in AI, SaaS, or IT consulting
• Expert-level proficiency with Smartsheet (building dashboards, workflows, and project plans)
• Highly autonomous and self-directed, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including working with technical and non-technical teams
