✍ Short Description:
This role focuses on supporting the quality assurance process for visual content and client deliverables. This is not a creative design role, but rather a detail-oriented, technical review position focused on checking images and videos for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with quality standards. The Visual Content Quality Specialist will review visual assets, complete basic image edits when needed, track project statuses, confirm completed deliverables, prepare client delivery emails, and support administrative tasks as needed.

💼 Responsibilities:
Review images and videos to confirm accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards, with a focus on technical review rather than creative concept development
Edit model images and stylized images within required timelines while ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative direction.
Perform Photoshop edits as needed, including resizing, background cleanup, small adjustments, and basic color corrections, to support timely project delivery.
Monitor project statuses, verify that all images and videos are accounted for in completed projects, and regularly review progress with the Quality Assurance Manager.
Draft professional client delivery emails and assist with basic administrative support such as data entry, product uploads, and other office tasks as needed.
💡 Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a quality assurance, creative production, image editing, or related support role.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
