They aim to provide therapy for men by men, building an online presence starting locally and expanding nationally. Their mission is to deliver valuable content to men seeking support, but without resorting to therapy clichés or performative wellness language.

✍ Short Description:
Our client is looking for a part-time Content Creator to execute a content sprint designed to grow their online following and validate messaging. The role combines content research, creation, and distribution with a growth-oriented mindset. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role, perfect for someone who thrives on creating consistent, high-impact content while scaling organically.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Research high-performing content related to men’s mental health, performance, and mindset.

• Create short-form video and static content at a high volume, with a focus on organic growth.

• Write compelling hooks, captions, and on-screen text to engage the audience effectively.

• Publish content daily or nearly daily, and optimize based on performance data.

• Identify scalable content formats to be used for paid ads later.

• Translate trends into original, on-brand conten

💡 Qualifications:

• Proven experience in organic social media growth and content creation.

• Deep understanding of short-form video psychology and its impact on engagement.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an ability to craft compelling content.

• Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.

• Comfortable executing content strategies from a visionary standpoint, not needing step-by-step instructions.

• Ability to adapt quickly, be highly responsive, and produce content fast.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in mental health, psychology, or performance content.

• Familiarity with Meta or TikTok ads for future paid strategies.

• Experience converting organic content into paid creatives.
