Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social, marketing, and branded campaigns
Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that feel intentional and on-brand
Create and integrate graphic elements to elevate videos and digital assets
Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs or small teams, adapting quickly to feedback
Use AI-powered tools to speed up production and unlock creative possibilities
Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality and consistency
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
2+ years of hands-on experience with video editing & design tools (Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar)
Practical experience with AI content tools like Runway, Descript, Midjourney, or Canva AI
Strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp creative eye
Experience creating graphic elements for video and digital content
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
Detail-oriented mindset that balances creativity with precision
