We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our global learning team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects, preferably at a global level. The role involves project management of design, development, and curation of individual learning items and blended learning programs, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects
- Demonstrable experience involving project management skills including management of vendors
- Demonstrable experience in concurrently managing multiple, large-scale, and highly complex learning and development projects
- Demonstrable experience using project management software, including Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrable experience of having built and maintained strong relationships with business customers/clients
- Demonstrable experience of thinking and acting strategically and commercially in pursuit of the wider EY business objectives
- Demonstratable experience of mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members
