Experienced SEO manager (part time)

Requirements

• Solid (5 years at least) hands-on experience with SEO either while working at an agency or on the client side
• Experience working with expert tools (Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs and others)
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, website architecture) and ability to implement them
• Overall understanding of marketing mix, user journey, content marketing
• Ability to make decisions based on data
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages, writing and presentation skills
• Proactive approach to solving issues which arise while working on projects
• Ability and willingness to effectively front-face clients for consultancy, strategic discussions, and strategy deliveries, representing Evolvery with professionalism, confidence, and expertise
• Capability to represent the company in industry events, and other networking opportunities, showcasing Evolvery's expertise
• Well organized, trustworthy and capable of driving change
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex, dynamic environments while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Being a goal-oriented and proactive team player who is self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Developing on-site and off-site SEO strategies and action plans to increase traffic and revenue for our clients
• Implementing SEO strategies & action plans (hands-on, cross-team, outsource)
• Auditing client websites & conducting various SEO research
• Optimizing our SEO campaigns to maximize ROI
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results to clients and internal teams
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and practices

Gross salary starting at 2000 EUR/month (part-time, other work & contract options possible). Depending on experience and qualifications.
