Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
• Continuously optimize and improve Java applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical leadership, guidance, and expertise on Java-related matters.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor team members on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to address software challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Java applications, APIs, and processes.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Java trends, tools, and technologies, and assess their relevance to our projects.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including C-level, and team up with software architects, developers, and product managers to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or Java Specialist, with a strong portfolio of Java-based projects.
• Proficiency in Java, with deep knowledge of Java core concepts, design patterns, and libraries.
• Advanced English skills
• Experience working in an e-commerce company is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Experience with performance optimization, code profiling, and debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of MySQL and MyBatis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Certifications related to Java development are considered a bonus.
