We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to work on social ads performance, creative execution, and performance optimisation for a portfolio of clients. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Meta and related platforms, commercial understanding, and analytical thinking.
Requirements
- Own paid social performance across a portfolio of clients
- Deliver creative, messaging, campaign strategy, execution and performance optimisation
- Contribute to performance oversight across Google Ads and SEO/AIO
- Work across ecommerce, lead generation and growth-focused brands
- Strong hands-on Social Ads experience across Meta and related platforms
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance through structured data analysis, testing and optimisation
- Strong commercial understanding
- Confidence in creative execution
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and SEO/AIO performance principles
- Strong analytical thinking and optimisation mindset
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and performance outcomes
