🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Project Manager (Integration/ EDI Delivery) 100% Remote

The Technical Project Manager will lead Integration & Compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of the ASN compliance engine, onboarding tools, and dashboards. This role bridges the Evolve team and offshore developers, managing sprints, tracking onboarding progress, and providing reports and demos. Strong EDI project management and agile experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery timelines for the ASN team.
  • Serve as liaison between our internal team and the offshore developers.
  • Ensure alignment with internal data standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track partner onboarding progress, testing, and certification milestones.
  • Provide weekly reporting and demos to stakeholders.

Primary Deliverables:

  • ASN compliance validation and transformation engine
  • Automation tooling for partner onboarding
  • Compliance and performance dashboards
  • Reusable framework for new retail partner integrations

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience — ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of EDI transactions sets, especially 856/ASN
  • Knowledgeable of SQL, data models and ETL processes, and able to interpret trends and communicate insights
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional remote engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and QA lifecycles
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions — comfortable communicating between developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially for asynchronous collaboration
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies — particularly Scrum and Kanban — and the ability to apply them pragmatically
  • Experience with Product Management or translating business goals into actionable technical tasks — understands how to connect product strategy with execution.
  • Common software tools (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

🕒 Work Schedule : 10 PM - 6AM Philippine Time.
