your mission
We are scaling fast, and looking for a highly skilled Senior RevOps Engineer to take ownership of our GTM Tool Stack which is integrated with our CRM tool (Hubspot). This role is critical to ensuring best-in-class data management, automation, and process scalability across the customer journey, from lead generation, through quoting and lastly invoicing. You will be both a hands-on system expert and a strategic partner for the business organisation. Sitting within the RevOps Team with dotted lines to the data team, you’ll be responsible for managing and scaling our CRM, driving automation and integrations, and ensuring data quality and governance across teams. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to enable a 360° CRM view, helping deskbird’s business achieve efficiency, accuracy, and growth.

in this role you will
- Partner with leadership to design, implement and maintain scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations including user management, workflows & pipelines.
- Identify, design, and manage GTM integrations via APIs to connect with other systems.
- Own CRM data standards, including deduplication, compliance, enrichment, in close collaboration with the Data Team.
- Ensure generated data is correct & seamlessly supports downstream systems (e.g. PlanHat for CSM’s).
- Stay ahead of RevOps & GTM best practices, recommending and implementing tools and processes to keep us best-in-class.
what you need to be successful
- +5 years RevOps & CRM experience.
- Previous experience in a high-paced environment (e.g. consulting, startup/scaleup).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable CRM processes, across lead generation, sales pipelines, and invoicing.
- Strong expertise in automations, workflows (Python or TypeScript is no stranger to you).
- Hands-on experience with API handling and integrations (specifically AI-tools).
- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to additional CRM platforms (Salesforce, Planhat, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Experience with working with SQL & Python for data manipulation and syncs.
- Relevant RevOps or CRM Certifications.
