Requirements

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers
• Own problems end-to-end
• Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team's processes, codebases, and best practices
• 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
• Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks
• Self-directed and can operate autonomously
• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
