We've provide reimbursement for up to $20,000 for fertility and adoption-related expenses. Examples include (but aren't limited to) egg freezing, IVF treatment, counseling,, adoption fees & more.
Offsites
Offsites are a huge part of Doximity’s culture. Every quarter, we plan a trip as a team to get to know one another on a personal level, set goals, and have retrospectives on what is working well and what needs improvement. Teams generally get together for 1-3 trips throughout the year.
