SmileDirectClub offers regularly scheduled company events. These include foosball tournament, theme days, community support, kick ball league, and bowling league to name a few!
Retirement benefits
401K is offered to all employees after 30 days of employment. Employees that contribute 3% will receive a 100% match by the Company. Employees that contribute an additional 2% will receive a 50% match by the Company.
Unlimited time off
All full time exempt Team Members recieve UNLIMITED time off. Non-exempt or hourly Team Members accrue PTO to total 2 weeks per calendar year growing to 3 weeks per year after 3 years of service to the company. In 2021 we passed a Flexible Holiday which consists of one paid day off per year that any Team member can use for a holiday that is meaningful to them.
