CSG is expanding its teams in Brazil. These teams are responsible for delivering new features for CSG’s cloud based digital platforms. One exciting opportunity is for a Software Developer Engineer II with product development experience to join our growing teams.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated their ability to build scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade products as well as forward thinkers and technology enthusiasts who have a pragmatic approach to delivering high quality software.

We are looking for a Software Developer Engineer II who will:

  • Be a part of a cross-functional agile team to deliver value throughout new components in a highly iterative fashion and involve close collaboration with product owners and other teams
  • Develop software components that makeup CSG’s core product using .NET, C# and SQL technologies
  • Provide environment support, code support, refactoring, and troubleshooting on production customer environments - resolving technical issues/ error messages encountered in live production/environments
  • Appropriately handling all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer
  • Resolve complex technical and operational issues
  • Perform under minimal supervision on significant assignments including Stories creation
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance is preferred
  • Coding skills, know how to develop in object-oriented programming
  • Technical experience in software development and/or software support/maintenance
  • Net skills: C#, SQL
  • Experience working in agile software development methods like Scrum, plus, any of the following techs stack such SQL Server and Git
  • Experience using AI tools to assist in software development
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
  • The ability to support on-call rotation
  • The ability to work in a CLT contract position
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
