Hi, I'm Lolitta Tucker, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.
CSG is looking to hire a Senior Technical Trainer – SDLC Standards & Delivery Enablement who will play a critical role in strengthening our CDD’s delivery discipline, audit readiness, and consistency of execution across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This is not a traditional classroom‑only trainer role.
This position operates as a delivery standards enablement partner, blending SDLC governance, process ownership, audit enablement, and applied learning. The role ensures that delivery standards are clearly defined, well understood, consistently applied, and effectively supported in modern, AI‑assisted development environments. The ideal candidate can translate complex delivery workflows into clear, role‑specific guidance; identify systemic execution gaps; and design training and enablement that measurably improves our delivery outcomes.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will:
- Own the CDD SDLC Process Playbook as the authoritative source of delivery standards.
- Define, document, and maintain SDLC workflows, controls, role responsibilities, decision points, and required artifacts.
- Produce clear visual standards, including process diagrams, flowcharts, and role‑based views, to ensure consistent understanding.
- Maintain documentation governance, version control, and approval workflows across SharePoint and Teams.
- Ensure standards remain current as delivery practices, tooling, and organizational needs evolve.
- Design and deliver role‑specific training aligned to required SDLC standards, quality expectations, and audit needs.
- Translate SDLC standards and audit requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical and cross‑functional roles.
- Create and deliver training across multiple modalities and depths, including:
- One‑point lessons
- Focused micro‑learning modules
- Full SDLC retraining or artifact‑specific deep dives
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Quality to ensure shared understanding of delivery expectations.
- Incorporate audit findings, incident learnings, and operational feedback into targeted training and process improvements.
- Facilitate feedback loops to identify recurring failure points, simplification opportunities, and error‑proofing strategies.
- Track training completion, adoption, and compliance trends over time.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using outcome‑based signals (e.g., audit improvement, reduction in repeat findings, artifact quality).
- Continuously refresh enablement materials as standards, practices, and delivery tooling evolve.
- Create training and standards materials using enterprise documentation and visualization tools (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Miro, etc.).
- Maintain structured, version‑controlled document libraries in SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Use reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent) to track training, corrective actions, and compliance metrics.
- Navigate SDLC tooling and delivery systems to support audit evidence, traceability, and quality reviews.
- Operate comfortably in environments where AI‑enabled development tools are part of standard delivery workflows, ensuring teams understand how SDLC controls and artifacts support safe, compliant, production‑ready AI use.
- Improved SDLC audit outcomes and reduction in repeat or systemic findings.
- Increased consistency and quality of required delivery artifacts.
- Sustained training adoption and completion across delivery roles.
- Observable improvement in role‑based SDLC execution and delivery discipline.
- Deliver engaging technical training for classroom-based, virtual classroom-based, or blended learning in groups or individually using, applicable software.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or equivalent practical experience.
- Has 5+ years of experience in technical training, delivery enablement, SDLC governance, quality/process management, or a closely related discipline.
- Has strong written communication and structured documentation skills.
- Can demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, teachable guidance.
- Has a solid working knowledge of SDLC concepts, delivery governance, and quality assurance practices.
- Have proven facilitation and coaching skills with technical and cross‑functional audiences.
- Have high organizational discipline, including version control and documentation of governance.
- Have experience supporting or working within AI‑assisted software delivery environments.
- Have a working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or curriculum development.
- Have experience with structured delivery models (e.g., Specification‑Driven Development (SDD), Agile, or similar).
- Have experience supporting compliance audits or regulated delivery environments.
- Have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release processes.
- Have experience working with or alongside Learning Management Systems (LMS) or structured training repositories.
- Have relevant certifications such as:
- ATD CPTD / APTD
- CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)
- CPTM or equivalent L&D certifications
- Are proficient in English in a business environment
