  • Regardless of the project type, we create a work plan (WBS) at the required level, perform project management including progress management, and realize high delivery quality.

  • Beyond the scope of the project, as an expert in our own products, we provide actionable and effective suggestions for various problems of the customer, and in some cases, present key points that lead the customer’s innovation to success.

  • We learn and utilize our best practices, and also contribute to the accumulation of knowledge based on our own experience.

  • We quickly grasp the latest technologies, including three annual upgrades of our products, and perform them in parallel to support the customer’s projects.

  • We build trust and manage expectations through close communication with customers and business partners.

  • Collaborate with team members in other roles, such as project managers, business architects, and technical architects, to achieve results as a team.

Your Impact:

From project planning to design, construction, and testing, you provide and support solutions that utilize best practices and standard functions to customers in a wide range of areas, and lead customers’ business and digital transformation to success. You can easily access global insights and knowledge when performing their work, and can utilize assets and offerings accumulated through more than 10 years of delivery experience, allowing you to grow into a first-class consultant for Salesforce products.
