Build an ethical personal finance marketplace that actually works for consumers.

We wanted to help people make better borrowing decisions by simplifying the process of comparing and taking out loans.

Before Credible, consumers had to endure the process of creating accounts and sharing their data with multiple lenders to find the best personalized rate.

Our platform connects with dozens of lenders and all three national credit bureaus. We help you compare personalized rates from multiple lenders, all in one place. We do all this without sharing your data or harming your credit score!

It's good to be different

We set ourselves apart by focusing on what we believe really matters: you!

  • We don’t sell your information

  • Checking rates won’t affect your credit score

  • We earn trust by being transparent & honest

What we value

We take great pride in creating a culture of teaching and learning through our values. We provide our employees with opportunities to improve in their current role and learn new skills to support their future career growth.

  • Do the right thing: Taking the high road may not be an easy climb, but it is an easy decision. We earn trust by being transparent, respectful and honest with each person with whom we interact. Our integrity is what builds lasting relationships and loyal advocates.

  • Get results: We are passionate about performance. Results fuel our excitement and we know how our personal accomplishments tie to the success of the company. We reward and recognize team members that are disciplined and focused on continually driving excellent performance.

  • Be curious: We take advantage of the many learning opportunities that surround us. We’re curious, ask questions, seek to understand and try new things. We teach each other – the more knowledgeable we are, the more we can all accomplish together.

  • Take ownership: We are all critical to Credible’s success and we personally believe in our mission. We’re trusted to make decisions that are in the best interest of our customers and our business. We think and act like owners. We care – and that makes all the difference.

  • Be bold: Everyone’s ideas matter and anyone can make a big difference. We’re courageous and take risks that scare us. We never accept the status quo. Our enthusiasm for experimenting, learning from our failures and trying again is how we will find the next breakthrough.

  • Exceed customer expectations:We provide an exceptional experience to each and every customer that compels them to share it with others. We delight each customer with simple, easy interactions and personalized service beyond their expectations.
