About the Role

What we are looking for: Credo AI is seeking a dynamic Brand Designer proficient in elevating brand identities, redesigning websites, and and crafting compelling collateral for product marketing, content, sales and field marketing and sales.

As a brand designer at Credo AI, you will:

Brand Aesthetics and Innovation:

  • Grasp the current brand design aesthetic and guidelines, actively seeking opportunities to enhance and broaden our visual communications.

  • Lead the creation and management of a comprehensive design system to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Website Redesign and Design Maintenance:

  • Redesign and optimize our company website for an improved user experience and visual appeal.

  • Ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the company's value proposition.

  • Implement design SEO best practices and stay updated on digital design trends to enhance website performance.

  • Manage and design the Webflow site as needed and keep track of the site performance.

Marketing & Sales Enablement Content Design:

  • Produce various marketing collateral, including presentations, webinar graphics, social media and campaign assets, blog visuals, email campaigns, and occasional motion graphics/videos.

  • Ensure all marketing materials are visually engaging and aligned with our brand's visual identity.

  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to design and develop impactful sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and product guides that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with sales and product teams to understand the key features and benefits of our products, ensuring that the sales enablement materials effectively communicate these points to facilitate the sales process.

  • Participate in strategy sessions with the marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities for creating materials that support sales objectives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales enablement materials and recommend design improvements or updates to enhance their impact and ensure alignment with evolving product features and market trends.

  • Ensure all sales enablement materials are easily accessible to the sales team and are updated regularly to reflect the latest product information and branding guidelines.

Expectations:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and relevant experience in B2B SaaS companies is required

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, and Premier Pro (video editing!)

  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

  • Ability to create and maintain design systems.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital design trends.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $135-155k. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Location & Remote Culture

We are a fully distributed company and are comfortable hiring in any location (location-specific legal requirements permitting). While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person.
