Description of the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing expert to join our team. You're a great fit if:
You take joy in end-to-end ownership of growth projects
You're equally comfortable in data driven funnel analysis, brand awareness brainstorming, and bridging the gap between our product and our users
You have domain expertise in the cloud/observability space and can deeply empathize with our users
It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a startup founding team building an incredible culture, technology, and growth engine from the ground up.
What you'll do
Own growth marketing function end-to-end and eventually build out the team
Develop, test, and execute inbound and outbound growth initiatives
Coordinate digital / physical marketing activities
Explore channel opportunities with technology partners
Manage marketing related freelancers
Work closely with product and engineering to advise positioning and product roadmap
What we look for
You’re interested in early stage startup experience and growing a company culture
You've had ownership of growth initiatives before, ideally at a SaaS / data analytics company
You have multiple years of experience in growth marketing / product marketing / marketing operations
You're familiar with CRM / marketing automation software
You're familiar with SEO / content marketing
You have strong English communication skills – verbal and written
You want to have a huge impact on Cloudthread and cloud computing domain as a whole
You are resourceful, move fast, and have a strong bias to action
Hiring Process

15 minute initial chat - Our goal is to explore your motivations to join our team, learn why you'd be a great fit, and answer questions about us.
2 hours of interviews - Four separate 30 minute interviews you'll schedule at your convenience. . With each founder (3x) and with a member of the team you're joining (1x).
Cloudthread Ride Along (Paid) - For an entire day. You'll join a standup, meet the team, and work on a task related to your role. This gives us and, equally important, you a realistic sense of what it's like working together. We'll pay you $500 for the day.
