Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a part-time Personal Assistant, to join our team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for running errands, managing ongoing property projects, assisting with personal requests (ex. order some specific items online, procurement for suppliers, order flowers for delivery) coordinating house staff, and facilitating clear communication between the homeowner and any other parties.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

- Must be proficient in English;

• Skilled in communication tools like WhatsApp and email;
  - Open-minded, diligent, and focused on solutions.
  - They should be organized and have some experience with project management tools;
  - Must hold a valid driver's license, and have access to a car.
  
  Preference will be given to candidates residing in Sintra, Cascais, or Lisbon area.
  A minimum education of complete high school is mandatory, with preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
