Role Overview:

The Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in fostering a productive and welcoming work environment at Bnberry. This position involves handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, adept at managing multiple priorities, and committed to promoting our company values and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and any other HR-related issues.
  • Implement and oversee employee performance review processes, ensuring they are fair, effective, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate employee development and training programs that support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and revising HR policies and procedures to meet the evolving needs of Bnberry and its workforce.
  • Facilitate a positive work environment through the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems.
