OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a driven and energetic sales professional to lead, coach and manage a team of 7-10 Account Executives, within the French sales organization in charge of selling the Instructor-led training line of products. Your focus will mostly be on new customers acquisition but also on growth within existing enterprise customers. You will develop, lead, and execute the territory strategy with your team of Account Executives, but also with Delivery Managers, Business Development Managers, and Marketing Managers working in a matrixed environment.

It's a very hands-on role where you'll be constantly working alongside your teams to encourage them to prospect more and more, to develop their relationships within their accounts and to identify new sources of business, to achieve and exceed their objectives.

Day To Day

  • Lead, coach and manage a team of 7-10 Account Executives, to drive sales performance and provide day to day leadership and management
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through an understanding of the Instructor-led Training business, our business model, and our sales methodology; This includes coaching on territory planning all the way through deal support across each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Develop a strong culture of prospection within the team. Selling is based on math….X number of outreaches, Y conversations, Z meetings to build 4-5X coverage in pipeline.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with your team and report to leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partners to define sales strategies to build and develop pipeline
  • Develop and own Key Performance Indicators for the sales team.
  • Travel to existing and prospective customers to sustain and grow market share, promote and sell company services and execute in-depth selling in all accounts.

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • 8+ years successful sales experience.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Fluency in English is essential, but excellent writing skills in French are also expected.
  • Top 10% performer as an individual contributor and manager with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.).
  • Proven systems/methodology for consistent pipeline generation.
  • Evidence of understanding territory management and account planning.
  • Experience using and teaching sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, etc.).
  • Evidence of accurate forecasting at the individual and team levels.
  • A true passion for sales & technology - we want leaders who love what they do and inspire their team.
  • Experience in the Instructor Led, EdTech, HCM or SaaS space is preferred.
  • Knowledge of public co-financing schemes a plus (FNE, CPF, POEC, POI, …)
  • Organized and analytical and able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Intelligent and possesses the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
  • High level of ownership and energy
  • Evidence of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent (ICs and leaders).
