Role Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving our product forward, focusing on inventory management features. Your deep understanding of the hospitality industry, along with expertise in PMS (Property Management System), GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or OTA (Online Travel Alliance), will be instrumental in shaping our product to meet and exceed market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify improvement areas.
• Define and prioritize product backlog items, aligning them with strategic product goals.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear understanding of backlog items and facilitate their delivery.
• Embrace an Agile working environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Deep dive into the company’s business processes, ensuring that product development aligns with overall business objectives.
• Maintain and foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging open communication and a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT product development, particularly in services for hotels or the broader hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective task prioritization and execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and leading teams towards achieving their goals.
• Knowledge of PMS, GDS, OTA, or general hospitality operations is highly regarded.
