Your missionWe are seeking a strategic-minded Lead Product Manager to oversee the entire passenger experience journey, from landing and SEO to Search, Checkout, and Post-Booking interactions. As the leader of a team of five Product Managers, you will be responsible for defining and executing a holistic product strategy that drives continuous improvement and innovation across all touchpoints, markets, and devices. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products and services that delight our customers and contribute to business growth.
Your responsibilities
- Craft a compelling product strategy for the Passenger Experience across all supplies (train, bus, carpool), incorporating measurable indicators to measure its progress.
- Articulate and communicate the strategy for Product & Engineering to engage all stakeholders.
- Set objectives and criteria for success with quantifiable metrics and key outcomes.
- Develop, guide, and manage a team of highly skilled Product Managers.
- Introduce and uphold industry-leading practices for product development and management.
Your qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience: demonstrated track record of at least six years in product management roles, with a focus on driving product development and strategy.
- 3+ years of experience managing product managers: proven experience of at least three years in a managerial capacity, leading and mentoring a team of product managers to success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance and user experiences.
- 2+ years of experience in OTA or large e-commerce: proven track record of at least two years as a product manager for an online travel agency (OTA) or a large e-commerce website. Successful launches of products demonstrating enhanced user experiences and increased conversion rates are essential.
- International work experience: extensive experience working in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams across different regions and cultures.
