CSS TSSM End User Support Agent - Full time, remote role in India. Provide technical support to end users with business trip management and travel technology. Analyze incidents, replicate errors, and execute configuration changes. Collaborate with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Basic experience in similar role
- Basic analytical skills
- Experience in Travel Industry or experience in managing Technology
- Experience in collaborative & international workspace
- Basic knowledge of GDS Sabre and/ or Amadeus is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
